Calvary Women’s primary purpose is to glorify our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, as we minister to one another in His wisdom, love and grace. Our desire is to edify, support and encourage each other, as we grow in our relationship with Him and in our knowledge and understanding of His Word and plans for our lives. We aim to develop authentic relationships by praying for one another, having fun together and discipling each other.

Our Social Events

We  regularly organise a variety of social events, where we can get to know one another, encourage each another and serve God by serving our families, church and wider community.

Our Discipleship Ministry

We have a team of ladies who are available to mentor, support and disciple (“edify”) other ladies in the church, including those who desire to grow spiritually or who need support through a difficult life situation. This is a confidential, one-to-one ministry that seeks to obey Jesus’ instructions to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19) and the Apostle Paul’s encouragement that older women teach “good things” to younger women (Titus 2:3-5).

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs…” (Colossians 3:16)
