And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another — and all the more as you see the day approaching.
Hebrews 10:24-25
Our Home Groups are a key aspect of our church community. According to Acts 2:46, the early Church met both in large gatherings, in the temple courts, and in small gatherings, from house to house. We love our Sunday service, and believe our Home Groups provide an opportunity to develop closer and deeper relationships within our church family. The groups enable us to support and encourage one another with prayer and counsel in a smaller and more intimate setting. They also provide a safe space to ask questions and discuss issues regarding our faith, and to find accountability as we grow in our relationship with God.
What to Expect
Our Home Groups are small gatherings of 10-15 people who meet together weekly in a home. These groups will run for a season of 8 -12 weeks, multiple times over the course of a year. Our Leadership Team is committed to praying and seeking the Lord in regard to the timing and content for each season of Home Groups. Generally, the first week will be centered around a shared meal and fellowship together; the remaining weeks will be focused on discussion questions based on the Sunday sermon series, alongside time spent in prayer and fellowship.
